Community Rules

By joining the community you agree to abide by the rules of the chatroom host, Cbox

as well as the terms and services of the fourms host, Proboards.

If you break these terms and services you can be banned!

Beyond these rules we have our own Community Rules to follow as well:

#1. This Community Rules.

We are all great in our own way and we are here to build each other up not tear each other down. While discussion of serious topics is permitted, personal attacks, the use of slurs, or the sharing of content with the intention of harming or otherwise putting down another community member will get you removed from the community, all of this falls under the categories of content covered the terms and services of both of our hosts as well so it risks the entire chat being taken down.

#2. Don't be Rude.

Serious discussion is permitted and encouraged, vulgarity is not. If you feel you must insult a public official please do so without the use of vulgarity. The chat has a robust filter that will be tuned as needed, purposefully skirting the chat filter will result in a ban. Do not insult or denigrate another member of the community even via insults directed at a public figure.

#3. A single user may not spam or flood the chat with messages even unique ones.

If everyone in the chat wants to say "cheers" or "congrats" or something then it is allowed. Multiple conversations may be going on at once, please don't drown out everyone else in the chat with only one voice by rapidly sending short messages. Walls of text are allowed when appropriate for the discussion at hand and don't contain personal insults but off topic ones will be viewed negatively by admins.

#4. Please respect the emotional wellbeing of others when discussing sensitive topics.

Discussion of mental health and addiction is allowed. However encouraging someone to break the law or otherwise harm themselves or others will get you banned. Claiming you are going to break the law, harm yourself, or others will get you banned. This is deeply unsettling behavior for those experiencing it especially when the claims and threats or encouragement to cause harm come with personal insults and attacks as well, doing so will get you banned.

#5.Check your vibes.

The goal of this chat is to maintain the vibes between the state of the back booth in a bar, last row in a packed movie theater (without any mention of a "Chicken-Jockey"), or the plastic patio furniture on your back deck at 3am. Attempts to bring the vibes up to the levels of a revolutionary political rally, sermon during the crusades, or 1984's Two Minutes Hate may lead to the chat being temporarily locked. Personal insults is a surefire way to make this happen, so don't do it!
